Custom Wild Game Processing

Trust the expert butchers at B&E Meats in Crookston, MN, to supply your family with processed wild game from harvest to table. Everything is vacuum sealed. There is an additional charge for cheese added. We offer cheddar, Swiss, pepper jack, mozzarella, and blue cheese.

You are billed what is processed – shrinkage and blood loss is not included. Stix will lose roughly two to three pounds per 10 pounds of product made due to the smoking process.

We require a 10 pound minimum on all brats and stix.

We require 50% down on all orders. There is a $10 a day charge if your order is not picked up 20 days after being contacted.
